Optimization of the Self-Employed Checking Process


The leading company in the public sector was faced with the challenge of efficiently managing the verification and updating of the status of the different self-employed workers, assigning them the corresponding Economic Activities Tax (IAE). In addition, the aim was to streamline the notification process of said tax to citizens.


We implement a comprehensive solution by creating 5 robots specialized in various critical tasks:

  1. Database Reading (BBDD): Generation of queued transactions with users to check.
  2. Labor Situation Check: Verification of the current and previous situation of each user and labor sector.
  3. Internal Update: Update of the employment situation on the internal page.
  4. Report Generation: Creation of detailed reports on the robot’s performance.
  5. Generation of Excels and Notifications: Creation of Excel files for self-employed workers in urgent verification situations and sending notifications to citizens.

Efficient Management of Contract Registrations, Cancellations and Transfers


The need to expedite the process of registration, cancellation and transfer of contracts for new users or those in transfer, requiring internal actions and coordination with different departments.


We develop a comprehensive solution by creating 6 robots specialized in each phase of the process:

  1. Reading Emails: Verification of registration, cancellation or transfer requests to generate queued transactions.
  2. Registration in Internal Program: Carrying out registrations in the organization’s internal program.
  3. 3. Withdrawal from the Internal Program: Execution of withdrawals from the internal program.
  4. Creation of Internal Requests: Generation of internal requests in the system.
  5. Creation of Requests by Email: Sending requests by email.
  6. Completion Check: Verification of the completion status of each request.
